Music Submission

For this Contest, Eligible Participants are required to submit a wholly original song and music performance in video format that is solely the property of the Artist and does not belong to any recording company or music distributor (the "Music Performance").

I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Official Contest Rules & Regulations. The song (including the master recording and the composition), the video, and any other materials that I have submitted (collectively, my "Submission") is wholly original to me (and if applicable, to my band) and I have obtained all necessary rights in and to my Submission including, without limitation, the express written consent from every member of the band and any other identifiable person who appears in the video). By clicking, I (on my own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of all members of the band) grant to Samsung and to any other party authorized by Samsung, the exclusive irrevocable, fully paid up, royalty free, worldwide rights, license and permission, for a period of two (2) years to reproduce, copy, publish, broadcast, disseminate, display, modify, edit, make available, synchronize with other content and materials, communicate to the public online and on social media and otherwise use my Submissions, in whole or in part (as is or as may be edited) and any materials based upon or derived therefrom.
